Snowy Days

“Is it snowing where you are?
All the world that I see from my tower is draped in white and the flakes are coming down as big as pop-corns. It's late afternoon - the sun is just setting (a cold yellow colour) behind some colder violet hills, and I am up in my window seat using the last light to write to you.”
~Jean Webster~

I made this snow doll especially for my Daughter-in-law for Christmas.  This was the first time she has ever asked me to make something for her.  I was touched that she did.
It was a joyful gift for me to make.

So, is it snowing where you are?

Till Next Time........

I love the little snow doll she is beautiful. And judging by the wonderful pic of the snow laden tree she must be right at home in your Winter Wonderland...

I LOVE your snow doll ~ wonderful job! Oh how I wish we were enjoying snow right now. We have lost all of ours to torrential rain this past week. I am currently hoping for a very BIG snow storm in the near future :)

A lovely day to you :)Doreen

Miss Snow Doll is sooo beautiful! Her face is so cute with that short little nose. The bonnet frames her face sweetly and the dress is one I wish I could wear! I love to visit your creations! Only wish I could look out my window and see what you see. We have rarely any snow here close to NC's coast. However, I looked up chances of snow for our area in Farmer's Almanac and maybe the first part of February and the later part! I am keeping my fingers crossed.
