It's Raining...It's Pouring

Old man winter just won't let go of his strong grip on winter. I am beginning to wonder if we'll have spring this year.  Or will it be like so many other years and we'll slide right into the inferno of summer.
It's been pouring here for days and if the weather guys are right, it will continue to rain into next week.
I made this grand piece several years........and well, this could be me in the upcoming days.  Floating in a boat if the rain doesn't stop.

So, I busy myself in the studio, pretending it's warm and sunny.
Today it's all about pin-keepers. Luscious velvets in shades of pinks and reds.
