Carrot Cake

It was a sun shiny weekend here, the snow was glistening and I even heard a few birds chirping.

I busied myself with this and that.  I mostly found myself baking.

I love to bake, especially when the baking I do involves nothing more than needle and thread and mounds of soft, scrumptious wool.

Since rabbits are hopping all over the studio, seems only right that I make cake.  

Carrot Cake!

Carrot cupcakes to be exact.

I think these little morsels will be so sweet tucked into vintage Easter baskets.
